Meet The Team
Andrew Purdie
Director, Solicitor & Notary Public
Andrew is a Solicitor with 38 years’ experience in the legal profession acting for individuals and businesses on a wide ranging area of legal work including residential and commercial conveyancing.
He uses his considerable experience to provide clients with a first class service in all aspects of commercial property work, including leasing transactions, acting for Landlord or Tenant, sales, purchases and secured lending.
He has extensive experience guiding and advising clients on asset protection to include Trusts, Wills and Powers of Attorney.
He also undertakes all aspects of Executry work and can provide reassurance throughout the process to guide clients smoothly through the legal matters when a loved one dies.
Andrew is very client focused and provides a varied and extensive knowledge on many areas of law.
Joy Maclean
Director, Solicitor & Notary Public
Joy is a Solicitor. She has over 23 years’ experience in her main practice area of residential conveyancing.
She advises clients in the purchase and sale of property throughout Scotland. She also acts for clients in a variety of other residential property transactions, including equity release, transfers of titles, discharge of mortgages and re-mortgages.
She assists with a range of commercial property work, including leasing transactions, investment acquisitions and disposals and secured lending.
She also deals with Executry work, Wills and deals with Powers of Attorney.
Joy has extensive experience in dealing with a broad range of clients including sellers, purchasers, tenants, landlords, Executors, lenders, local authorities, housing associations and developers. Joy takes pride in excellent client care with a friendly and efficient approach ensuring the legal process is as smooth and stress free as possible.
